We will also provide you with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse. This way you will know it is on its way and will be able to track its progress.

2) How does the Standard delivery work? 

If you place your order before 3pm, your order should arrive in 2-5 days.

3) What happens if I am out when delivery is attempted?

You don't need to do anything
Our courier company (Evri) will try to deliver again, normally on the following day, or they will let you know if they need more information to complete the delivery.
Evri will send a notification with a 2-hour delivery window as soon as your parcel is out for delivery again.

4) Which Payment types do you accept?

We now offer PayPal Pay in 3 on all one time purchases. PayPal Pay in 3 is not available on Subscribe & Save orders. PayPal Pay in 3 is an interest-free loan that lets you split your basket into 3 payments, with the first due at time of purchase and subsequent payments due every month on the same date. Please note that PayPal Pay in 3 is a form of credit, so carefully consider whether you can afford the repayments and possible impact to your credit score.     RETURNS

    1) What is your Returns policy?

    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 14 days after receipt of goods and get a full refund. In case you would like to return the product please keep in mind the product must not be used and must be returned in the state you received them and be returned in the original packaging.

    We cannot refund return shipping costs but you can make your own arrangements through Evri or DPD. Please send your returns to: Finish Shop, York House, Wetherby Rd, York, YO26 7NH

    If for whatever reason you're not happy with your purchase, simply contact our Customer Service Centre who will take care of everything for you.

    2) How and when do I get my refund?

    You will be refunded directly back in the card used for the original payment. You can expect the money to be refunded within 14 days from the point we have received the returned product.
